About The Charities

St Michael's Hospice

Situated in rural Herefordshire, St Michael's Hospice serves the local community and surrounding five counties. Since 1984 they have given specialist palliative care to over 8,500 adults in our 16 bed in-patient unit and Day Hospice.

They are an independent charity and all their services are given free. It costs over £4,600 per day to provide these services and they rely on around 90% of our funding from the community.

St Michael's Hospice is committed to providing specialist palliative care for people who have active and progressive life-limiting conditions, and support for their families and friends.
